Project Products
For the Kenya food factory project, we provided two core types of smart water meters. Both products are equipped with GPRS technology to support remote monitoring and data transmission.
1. Ultrasonic Water Meter with GPRS. It comes in four sizes: 6”, 8”, 10” and 12”. This GPRS Ultrasonic Water Meter features high measurement accuracy and stable performance. It is easy to install and maintain, which is very suitable for food factory production scenarios.
2. Battery-Powered Electromagnetic Water Meter with GPRS (16”). This Electromagnetic Water Meter uses battery power, which solves the problem of difficult power access in some factory areas. Its 16-inch caliber is designed for large water flow links in food factories.
Project Details
In May 2023, we successfully launched the Food Factory Smart Water Meter Supply Project in Kenya. We provided a comprehensive water metering solution for local food factories. This project is an important part of our expansion in the Kenyan market and has won wide recognition from local customers.
The core goal of this project is to help food factories achieve precise water management. It also helps improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. Water is a key raw material in food production. Precise metering and scientific management are crucial to controlling production costs and ensuring food safety.
The various sizes of our GPRS Ultrasonic Water Meters and Electromagnetic Water Meters fully meet the different water pipe diameter requirements of food factories. They can fit perfectly in different production links, such as raw material cleaning, product processing and equipment washing. Up to now, the project has been operating stably. Local food factories have highly recognized the performance of our products, saying they have brought great convenience to daily water management work.
