By the end of 2021, Mexico’s manufacturing and water treatment industries were upgrading fast. Local companies needed much more precise and stable fluid measurement. Traditional metering equipment had poor adaptability and high failure rates. It could not meet the high-efficiency operation needs of chemical wastewater treatment and industrial fluid conveyance.
This created an urgent need for specialized and reliable electromagnetic flowmeter solutions. Addressing this market need, we received an order from a major Mexican industrial enterprise in December 2021 to deliver a customized batch of high-performance electromagnetic flowmeters, helping them overcome measurement challenges in production.
This shipment to Mexico comprised 13 electromagnetic flowmeters of varying specifications, ranging from DN50 to DN250, primarily deployed in the client’s chemical feed pipelines and wastewater treatment systems.
During production, we strictly adhered to the ISO 9001 quality system, implementing triple quality control checks from core component procurement to final assembly:
Raw materials get material composition testing before storage. Automated calibration equipment adjusts precision in real time during assembly. Each unit undergoes a 72-hour continuous operation test before shipment. The test simulates Mexico’s hot and humid conditions. This ensures full compliance with international standards and the client’s operational requirements.
Following installation and commissioning, customer feedback confirmed the electromagnetic flowmeters operate stably. They not only resolved previous issues with frequent stalling and significant measurement deviations in traditional equipment but also enabled real-time flow data uploads via the integrated smart monitoring system.
This empowers production departments to precisely control raw material dosing, reducing material waste by approximately 3% monthly. Building on this successful collaboration, the customer formalized a long-term partnership agreement with us in early 2022.
They plan to entrust us with all metering equipment procurement for their upcoming new production lines. Additionally, they have referred three local industry peers to us, laying a solid foundation for our market expansion in Mexico.
