In July 2023, the project for the northern part of Mombasa mainland successfully concluded. This project was closely tied to local residents’ welfare and regional development—its core goal was to address the area’s long-standing issues with unstable water pressure and insufficient supply.
By upgrading the water infrastructure, the project also laid the groundwork for the region’s future growth, supporting both residential expansion and emerging industrial needs.
We successfully provided the customer with a full set of core fluid control and metering equipment. Our support went beyond simple delivery: we also offered professional guidance on equipment deployment and system matching, ensuring every component fit the local water network’s requirements.
This end-to-end service injected strong impetus into the local water supply system’s upgrade and transformation. It helped the region replace aging pipelines and outdated control components, significantly boosting the system’s overall operational stability.
We started with in-depth on-site surveys to accurately grasp the project’s actual needs. Based on these findings, we customized the equipment combination to avoid mismatches and ensure optimal performance.
We also took Mombasa’s tropical climate into account: the high-temperature, high-humidity environment demands strong corrosion resistance from equipment, while the area’s undulating terrain affects pipeline pressure. To tackle these challenges, we carefully selected seven categories of equipment.
These include various valves (for precise flow and pressure control) and flow meters (for real-time, accurate water consumption monitoring). Working together, they form an efficient and stable water supply guarantee system.
Our solution’s strong adaptability to local conditions stood out—this is why it earned high praise from the customer.
