At the start of our cooperation with Mexican customers, our professional sales and technical teams conducted in-depth communication with them. We focused on understanding three core aspects: local residents’ water usage habits (such as peak consumption periods), common pipeline specifications in the region, and the customers’ special requirements for water meter durability and reading convenience. This detailed exchange laid a solid foundation for subsequent product customization.
Based on the identified customer needs, we targeted the LXSG-15 plastic shell threaded dry mechanical water meter for optimization and debugging. We adjusted the meter’s internal gear precision to match local low-flow usage scenarios and verified its compliance with Mexican market standards—including material safety for drinking water contact and measurement accuracy benchmarks. Every modification aimed to ensure the product fits seamlessly into the local water supply system.
