According to the measurement principle, the electromagnetic flow meter measuring tube must be full, and the liquid level must exceed the electrode plane,When the flow meter does not accurately measure the empty pipe,the converter of the electromagnetic flow meter is in a random state, it can be at zero, over full scale, or in a fluctuating state.
The sensor is installed on a plastic pipe or a pipe with an insulating lining. Both ends of the sensor must have a grounding ring, a grounding flange or a short pipe with a grounding electrode;
The flow meter should be installed in a ventilated place, away from sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should be between -20 and +60℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
When installing the electromagnetic flow meter,the following positions should be avoided :
Gas gathering point
avoid bubbles from gathering
Partial pipe
ensure full pipe state during measurement
Siphon port
No siphoning
Pre-valve
regulating valve should be installed downstream of flow meter
Post-pump
install pump upstream to eliminate negative pressure
