Convenient Mechanical Reading Function
The flow meter is equipped with an independent functional pointer, and its operating mechanism remains completely unaffected by the installation process of the transmission module. During module installation, commissioning, or subsequent maintenance, the pointer always maintains a stable reading state. Staff can directly and quickly obtain flow data through the pointer without waiting for the equipment to restart or re-calibrate, ensuring real-time and convenient access to measurement information even in the middle of maintenance operations.
Accurate Measurement Performance
The flow meter adopts a double-reed switch and a proprietary algorithm to achieve precise measurement. The double-reed switch enhances the sensitivity and stability of flow signal detection, while the proprietary algorithm effectively identifies and filters out interference factors. When the module needs maintenance or replacement, staff can directly disassemble the old module and install a new one without replacing the entire base meter, greatly reducing maintenance costs. In addition, the meter is equipped with an independently sealed battery; staff only need to open the dedicated battery compartment to replace the battery, and the whole process is simple and efficient, without affecting the normal operation of other components of the meter.
