Easy Installation Design

The flow meter’s base has a rotating transmission module, only 2.8 cm high, with a compact and delicate overall structure. This design can fit various installation scenarios—narrow spaces, regular pipeline layouts or special working conditions. It is easy to install, no need to adjust the installation space or modify existing pipelines extensively, greatly reducing on-site installation difficulty and time costs.

Convenient Mechanical Reading Function

The flow meter is equipped with an independent function pointer. Its operation is not affected by transmission module installation at all. During module installation, commissioning or subsequent maintenance, the pointer always keeps stable readings. Staff can get flow data directly and quickly through the pointer, without waiting for equipment restart or recalibration. This ensures real-time and convenient access to measurement information even during maintenance.

Accurate Measurement Performance

The flow meter uses a double reed switch and an exclusive algorithm for precise measurement. The double reed switch improves the sensitivity and stability of flow signal detection, while the exclusive algorithm effectively identifies and filters interference. It specifically prevents repeated counting caused by fluid backflow and equipment vibration, ensuring each measurement value truly reflects the actual fluid flow—even in complex conditions with unstable flow.

Convenient Maintenance

The flow meter’s base has a detachable, interchangeable transmission module. For maintenance or replacement, staff can remove the old module and fit a new one without changing the whole base, cutting maintenance costs a lot. Also, the meter has a separately sealed battery. Staff just open the special battery compartment to replace the battery—this process is simple and efficient, and won’t impact the normal work of the meter’s other parts.

Stable Signal Transmission

The flow meter adopts the latest NB-IoT data transmission technology, which leverages the wide-coverage characteristics of NB-IoT networks. It can maintain stable connection even in remote areas, underground pipelines, or environments with weak signal coverage. The technology ensures reliable signal transmission, avoids data loss or transmission delays caused by unstable signals, and enables real-time and accurate upload of flow data to the monitoring system, providing a solid guarantee for remote monitoring and data analysis.

High Accuracy Performance

This flow meter has 1L or 10L pulse output options for different precision needs. It measures small lab flows and large industrial flows accurately. High accuracy stays consistent across all ranges, meeting strict industry and research standards.
