Kick-off: A Joyful Gathering of Unity
On February 6th, WESDUN Group held its annual meeting successfully.We decorated the conference hall with bright balloons and our group’s logo,creating a festival atmosphere. WESDUN group employees gathered together to review the group’s past experience of overcoming difficulties and achieving growth, look forward to the bright future full of opportunities, and share warm and happy moments in daily work and life. The event was full of laughter and friendship, showing the group’s strong cohesion and employees’ positive spirit.
Warm-up Activity: Pitch Pot Fosters Camaraderie
Before the meeting began, we held a fun Touhu (Pitch Pot) game to warm up the atmosphere.Pitch Pot is a time-honored folk game where participants stand at a specified distance and throw arrow-shaped sticks into a delicate pot. This game worked extremely well: it quickly narrowed the distance between all employees and relieved their work pressure, filling the venue with happy laughter and enthusiastic cheers. Everyone joined the game actively and cheered for each other’s success, laying a lively and harmonious foundation for the official meeting.
Leaders’ Remarks: Review Achievements, Chart the Future
After the warm-up game, the meeting officially kicked off. First, the Group Chairman took the stage with a sincere smile. Executives from each branch followed him to give speeches in turn. In their speeches, they reviewed the remarkable achievements made last year. These included the smooth launch of the new products and the expansion of overseas markets. They sincerely thanked all employees for their hard work and dedication. They also detailed the group’s future development blueprint and strategic goals. After the leaders’ speeches, the most anticipated highlight session began. It was the employee performance show. All performances were carefully prepared by employees in their spare time. They had diverse forms: passionate singing, humorous sketches and touching recitations. Each performance was full of passion and creativity. It showed employees’ versatile and positive sides. Interactive small games and lucky draws were arranged between performances to add fun. Each lucky draw aroused warm applause, keeping the venue full of joy.
Perfect Closing: Group Photo & Warm Dinner
The wonderful performances ended, and the annual meeting closed perfectly with a group photo and dinner. All employees gathered closely for group photos to record precious moments of unity and friendship. Everyone chatted freely and happily at the dinner table in a relaxed atmosphere. They shared work experience, life insights and enjoyed delicious food together. Everyone felt the warmth of the big WESDUN family deeply. The whole meeting stayed warm and harmonious, leaving sweet memories for every participant.
